It is my pleasure to recommend the services of Alive and Kicking Solutions and in particular encourage you participate in the Dynamic Training Skills - Master Facilitation Program.I have known Fran Berry and Phil Everist for 7 years and was fortunate enough to be mentored by Fran in the Core Communication Skills Program. I became an accredited facilitator of the course for the company I was working for at the time. To try and describe the impact of the knowledge learned during this time is so difficult to explain, as it was life changing. Not only are the tools useable in daily life as well in business, they provide you a framework to better understand interpersonal relations and put you in a position of true control in all dealings with people.
Since being accredited, I have been able to use the techniques and tools learned during the accreditation program in my everyday work. As a Manager, the skills are used in circumstances such as:

I wanted to express a big thankyou to you both for the course last week.I was really looking forward to the course, as I was hoping to learn some skills to make me feel more confident in my new sales position. You both delivered all of what I was hoping for and more. I found the training to be thorough yet enjoyable - a hard task!
The most interesting thing I found about your course was that you allowed us to easily open our minds up to a different way of thinking. It feels great to break the habits and develop new skills which will allow me to communicate better to not only my customers, but my colleagues and even friends and family. This has been somewhat of an awakening for me and I feel empowered!
I’m already using some of the tools that you have given me. I have written some “reminder” notes and stuck them on the dash of my car - “Isn’t that interesting” is my favourite. I read these notes and look at my little “bad attitude monster” box, before or after a customer visit and I’ve found this to be very helpful. Before this course, I often found myself getting very upset by “verbal abuse” from my customers - I now “step outside of myself” and think “isn’t that interesting”! I’m finding that I’m TOTALLY listening to my customers, instead of thinking of my response before they have finished speaking - I found this to be one of my downfalls. Similarly, I found that I tend to interrupt - so I have written a “No Interruptions!” note for the car dash. I am truly grateful that throughyour course, I have found my “bad” habits and can now work on them.
I honestly feel that your course will benefit my employer, my colleagues, my customers, my friends and family - and most importantly, MYSELF!! I am also impressed that you offer such a thorough follow up system, so I have no doubt that I will improve more and more as the time goes on.

Hi JulieI was discussing with my team leader how I felt about Alive & Kicking and she suggested I should email you and let you know as well.
I have thoroughly enjoyed each session and have benefited greatly from them all. In particular these last 2 which have been
discussing the steps of negotiation and we have gone through "Rapport" & "Discovery".
As I was saying to Lana I no longer feel like a person doing my job off a script and feel much more comfortable in dealing with our customers. I feel empowered. I have definitely much more rapport with customers and feel much more comfortable in asking questions that assist me in understanding what they want so that I can provide a resolution.
I feel as though I have more freedom to deal with each call individually and this makes my work so much more interesting and satisfying.
So, a great big thanks for Alive & Kicking.
