This weekend course is especially presented for all those wonderful supporters who have already attended the Alive & Kicking magic and would like to send all their friends and family to share the experience. Welcome to the art of human communication.
The Art Of Human Communication program is a highly interactive face to face training program that is run as a 2 day weekend program. By the end of the weekend participants will gain the tools and techniques to:
- Manage attitudes and self motivation
- Improve performance by changing habits
- Develop and maintain rapport
- Choose appropriate and effective words to create powerful communications
- Identify the needs of friends and family through skilful and efficient communication
- Negotiate win/win solutions for all parties
- Add value to every interaction
- Handle difficult or hostile conversations
- Arrive at amicable resolutions when and where possible
- Finish your interactions with a great experience that will increase trust
