The RSPCA has teamed up with corporate trainers Alive & Kicking Solutions to bring you Australia’s first team building and leadership program to feature furry, four-legged trainers. Our RSPCA dogs are masters at teaching your people new tricks.
When a group of people have to work out how to train a dog to respond to voice commands, it’s amazing how they work together to solve a challenging task in a short period. Participants learn about effective communication and
how behaviour and team collaboration can achieve results. Everyone’s engaged physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially.
Best of all, it’s also incredibly good fun.
The program is designed for you to send a groups of approximately 12 people from your organisation.
Alive & Kicking Solutions also offers follow-on days to ensure the learnings from the One Day Leadership Unleashed experience are brought back into the work environment.
