The information delivered during this workshop will discuss the different “hats” a manager wears.  This can also be described as the roles every manager plays.  Participants will be presented with a way to look at these roles and make decisions about how and when to wear each different hat.

At completion of this workshop participants will:

  • List the “hats” or “roles” that every manager plays.
  • Define the boundaries of each role.
  • Describe what the purpose is for each role – and discuss when this role is appropriate.
    • Explain the risk of role overlap.
    • Explain the risk of wrong role choice.
