The development of positive “can do” attitudes and the skills/knowledge such that an individual can control their emotional state - Habit Control.
Unconscious thoughts and habits largely determine a person’s actions in the workplace. Awareness of those habits, how to change them in conjunction with on-going developmental support are crucial to mastering the skills of customer service, sales, teamwork and leadership. - Core Communication Skills.
All customer contacts, whether sales or service based, involve either over the phone, face to face or written communication. Critical skills include listening, choice of language, using words by choice rather than by accident or habit, vocal tone, rapport, control of the conversation and the ability to handle any situation.
This course is recommended for anyone who deals with customers, staff in other departments, team members or managers.
