Short Sessions and Services By The Hour
We come to your workplace and deliver engaging lunchbox sessions (between the times of 11am and 2pm) to your interested staff members. Each session lasts one hour. Please contact us for details on how to book your series of sessions.
Scripting For Customer Service Staff

Our experience shows that while most people are aware that rapport is important – they aren’t doing a consistently great job of it. This dynamic half day program will give participants the skills to build rapport fast.
The information delivered during this workshop will discuss the different “hats” a manager wears. This can also be described as the roles every manager plays. Participants will be presented with a way to look at these roles and make decisions about how and when to wear each different hat.
