Alive & Kicking Solutions fast approaching 10 years of service in the international corporate and SME community. The company is is owned and operated by Fran Berry. In the past, the company was jointly owned. In September of 2009, Fran took over the company and is looking forward to the next 10 years of service.

Alive & Kicking Solutions is a boutique training and consulting company specialising in communication skills. Over the years we have helped many organisations to achieve their business goals. Whether it’s improving sales, providing skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences, improving internal communication, managing change or developing transformational leaders, we can customise a solution to meet your specific needs.

When we first decided to start the business, the one thing we quickly agreed on was that we wanted our clients to love our work and want to have long term relationships with us, not only for the quality and innovation but also for the sense of fun, vitality, and energy we bring to the work we do. Does this help us to achieve results we get? ABSOLUTELY!

It was with this in mind that we chose ‘alive and kicking’ for our business name. It sums up who we are and the working environments we strive to develop through our products and services. When we have an opportunity to develop a long term relationship with a client, the concept of ‘alive and kicking’ becomes a part of the new ‘way we do things around here’.

Fran Berry

Fran Berry

Fran has worked in training and development, marketing and business consulting for 20 years. She has created all of the courseware for Alive & Kicking Solutions and has implemented programs internationally.

Having been a director with four business and marketing companies, Fran has spent the majority of her business and consulting career working with service and sales teams, from front-line staff to executives, helping them to implement powerful communication strategies.

As a consultant, Fran has worked extensively in the Asia Pacific markets on projects which included the creation of all training and standards materials for the launch of two network marketing companies. Fran has built large-scale training curriculum for degree programs in Asia, and has had her programs translated into 7 different languages to accommodate multi-national organisations and their unique and diverse cultural needs.

Fran has created programs that form a part of the inductive processes for many different organisations in the Asia Pacific region. Today, Fran works extensively in the executive communication field, and with HR departments to create training programs for corporate trainers. These programs help organisations to create dynamic training solutions for their own in-house operations.
